My Babies
Last night as I was uploading new pictures of Eden I came across this picture that reminded me of a picture of Remington when he was her age. So I found that picture and compared them and sure enough, my babies look so much alike! The only differences that I can find are: Eden has a rounder face (i.e chub cheeks :)) and darker hair and skin. But if you look at each individual feature (eyes, nose, mouth, chin, hairline), they look almost identical! I love it that they look so much alike! My sisters and I honestly dont look much alike at all. Whitney and I have close to the same eyes, but other than that, not much at all. So aparently our babies are following Ross' side of the family as far as that goes. Ross and Terra are basically twins, and they even share many similar traits with Carrie. My mom summed it up pretty good when she said that they do look very much alike, but Rem favors me more and Eden favors Ross more. I guess the most important thing to say is that I have some very beautiful children :)!

Bumbo Seat and Jealousy
So last night I decided to see if Eden could sit in her Bumbo seat. We have had it for a while now so Remington will occasionally sit in himself. So when we went to sit her in it, Remington got pretty upset about it at first. That pretty much sums up how it is when you expect a two yr old, who thought he was the absolute only person in the world who mattered to mommy and daddy, to accept that mommy and daddy love someone else just the same. None-the-less, he got over it quickly and as soon as we tood Eden out, he plopped his little hiney in it.
Anyway, Eden looked so cute but it will be a little longer until she can actually sit in it for more than a couple minutes at a time. :)

Today we went to Ross' parents house to swim and play outside and Remington had so much fun. The highlight of my day was when he had a conversation with the lizard. Here's how it went: "what doin lisart?" "huh?" "play with rocks?" "huh?" "pay piano?" "k." Each 'huh' had a slightly higher inflection. Gosh I love that kid! :)

And so begins my blogging journey...
So, I've decided that I need to find a way to keep track of my very busy life, before all of these memories escape my mind. What better way to do that than to blog about all of lifes little blessings? I can see myself looking back through posts and seeing how much my babies have grown, the adventures we have been through, and where God has taken our family. I look forward to the journey! :)
